Shipping and Handling:
The shipping and handling rates are valid only for orders shipped within the continental U.S.

For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii you will be e-mailed with the correct shipping rates prior to shipment.

We currently do not accept any international orders.

We generally use US Postal Service and ship out within 4-5 days from Raleigh NC. For certain items we do reserve the right to have some products shipped directly from the manufacturer .

Please allow another 10-14 days for some of our handmade products for delivery unless product is out of stock.

Damages/Returns:
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, contact us immediately so we may correct the situation or have an opportunity to make things right.  In the case of damages, please email us a digital photo of the damage so we can know how to prevent future misshaps, as well as allow us to document for insurance coverage etc.

Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items that appear on our web site may not be available at the time of your order. We will promptly notify you via e-mail if the item you have ordered is not available.
